What is the warranty policy for Libman cleaning tools?
We stand behind the quality of our American-made products. Most Libman tools come with a one-year limited warranty against defects in materials or workmanship. If your product fails under normal household use, please contact our customer service team for a replacement.
How can I track my order status?
Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email confirmation containing a tracking number. You can use this number on our website or the carrier's portal to see the real-time status of your delivery.
Which payment methods do you accept?

What is your return policy for unused items?
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return any unused items in their original packaging within 30 days of delivery for a full refund, excluding shipping costs.
Are Libman mop heads machine washable?
Many of our microfiber and cotton mop heads are machine washable and reusable. We recommend washing them in a mesh laundry bag on a gentle cycle and air drying to extend the life of the fibers.
Do you offer international shipping?
Currently, we only ship to addresses within the United States and Canada. We are working on expanding our shipping capabilities to serve our international cleaning enthusiasts in the near future.
